Cassania Lewis is the founder of Grow With Me Strategies, an organization that focuses on the growth and development of teams and individuals through the creation of growth plans, goal setting, team building strategies, and operating procedures. She is a licensed leadership coach, speaker, and trainer using the John Maxwell philosophy of Leadership and has a passion for building and inspiring teams. In her role as Snr. Marketing Manager she develops highly engaged and top-performing marketing teams across the Marriott Vacation Club and Sheraton Vacation Club brands. 


She is the author of the book Sometimes I Forget to Breathe: Forgiveness, a self-help series that focuses on encouraging others through challenging chapters of life. She developed the Grow With Me Series, a sequence of videos focused on maximizing our potential through personal development. Cassania believes nothing is impossible with God and shares in the vision of making the hope of Jesus known through her daily interactions with others and her involvement as a School of Ministry student and leader.

A native of the Central Florida area, Candace Walker is a mother of an amazing four-year-oldson, Assistant Director of Women on the Rise Orlando, Inc., and now serves as a School Success Manager at ThinkCERCA. In this role, Candace supports educators and district leaders throughout the country by providing instructional best practices and literacy professional learning.


Candace obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida and began teaching in Manatee County, FL upon graduating in 2010. She has taught grades 1st through 4th, both in traditional brick-and-mortar settings as well as virtually. In 2020, Candace transitioned from the classroom to become a Curriculum Specialist where she assisted in storyboarding and designing online content for grades Kindergarten through fifth grade. Now as a success leader, Candace’s journey has come full circle and her students are now classroom teachers.
